Real Madrid are one of the clubs that are interested in acquiring his services, and according to a report from Fichajes, the Dutch defender is a dream target for the Spanish club’s president, Florentino Perez.

After making a name for himself at VfL Wolfsburg, the 24-year-old centre-back made the move to Tottenham in the summer of 2023. While he has had a few injury troubles, van de Ven has certainly gone from strength to strength since moving to England.

The Dutchman has established himself as one of Tottenham’s mainstays in no time, and he is widely regarded as one of the best young defenders in the Premier League. His strong physical presence, exceptional positioning, aerial prowess, and pace have all stood out so far.

At just 24, the Dutch international is only expected to get better with time. As a result, some of the biggest clubs are after his signature. The Wolfsburg academy graduate has been in sensational form this season; not only has he been a rock at the back, but he has also chipped in with six goals.
