He has registered nine goals contributions in 12 appearances across all competitions, with the latest coming courtesy of a brace against Olympiacos earlier this week.

Naturally, this has led to speculation around Rashford’s future in Catalonia. Barcelona have an option to buy him next summer, and according to Fabrizio Romano (via CaughtOffside), it is looking increasingly likely that this will be explored.

Rashford has already publicly expressed his desire to stay

Barcelona’s ability to sign Rashford could depend on their financial situation, but as for the player himself, he would have no opposition to staying. He has already publicly stated his desire to remain at the defending La Liga champions for many years to come, and if he were to, he’d certainly be an excellent full-time addition.
