WATCH: Robert Lewandowski completes Barcelona comeback against Real Sociedad

Barcelona are on course to go top of La Liga, having taken the lead against Real Sociedad at the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys.

Hansi Flick’s side dominated the opening stages despite giving chances to the likes of Dro Fernandez and Roony Bardghji, and they have had a number of opportunities – albeit, none of them were clear. But regardless, they were punished for not scoring, as the visitors hit the front following a fine move that ended with Ander Barrenetxea crossing for Alvaro Odriozola, and the former Real Madrid defender turned the ball into the back of the net with his outstretched foot.

But minutes before half time, Barcelona got the equaliser, and it came from the head of Jules Kounde, who netted from a Marcus Rashford corner. And now on the hour mark, Robert Lewandowski has scored to make it 2-1 to the home side following brilliant work from Lamine Yamal, who had been on the pitch for about a minute.

Barcelona would not have panicked when they fell behind, and this is why. They will now seek to see this one out, and if they can, they will return to the summit of La Liga.
