Nicolas Jackson agent rules out Chelsea return
Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson completed a loan move to Bayern Munich during the summer transfer window, and his agent has now ruled out a potential return in future.
According to Diomansy Kamara, Nicolas Jackson has no intention of returning to Chelsea after completing a loan move to Bayern Munich, and he also added that the Senegalese international does not have a good relationship with Enzo Maresca.
When asked if Jackson would play for Chelsea again, he told Canal+ Sport (via ), “Absolutely not. Absolutely not. Today at Chelsea, the relationship with [Enzo] Maresca isn’t necessarily the best. We’re never going to bite the hand that feeds us because Chelsea allowed him to find the European level.
“He was there for two years and scored 30 goals, so he always had a good relationship. After, it’s true that the red cards complicated it at Chelsea. Today, we’re looking towards Bayern having a good season. We will see what is best for him. But it’s true that Bayern is a priority for him for a long time.”
The former Villarreal attacker is unwanted at Chelsea, and he will not get regular game time at the West London club. It makes no sense for him to return to Stamford Bridge. It will be interesting to see if he can convince Bayern Munich to sign him permanently at the end of the season.
Die Roten needed more quality and depth in the attacking unit, and they decided to sign the Chelsea player on loan. He will be expected to support Harry Kane in the final third this season. It remains to be seen how he performs in the Bundesliga over the next few months. There is no doubt that Nicolas Jackson is a quality player, and there will not be any shortage of clubs hoping to sign him in future.
Jackson will look to secure a permanent exit
Nicolas Jackson is still very much at the peak of his powers, and he will look to join a club where he will be able to fight for major trophies. Meanwhile, Chelsea will look to recoup as much as possible from his departure.
The Blues have two quality strikers at their disposal, and they will not be able to accommodate him in the starting lineup in future. It makes sense for them to sell the 24-year-old at the end of the season. They will certainly hope that the player can impress with his performances in Germany, so that they can offload him for a substantial amount of money.
