The Lilywhites are eager to bolster their defensive unit by signing a centre-back in the ongoing transfer window, and they have their sights on the 21-year-old Dinamo Zagreb prospect.

The North London giants are behind Lazio in the battle for the Spaniard’s signature, with the Serie A club putting in significant work to secure his services. However, with the Biancocelesti yet to come close to Dinamo Zagreb’s asking price of €15 million, struggling to pay more than the €10 million plus €2 million in add-ons they have most recently offered.
