Spanish international Pedri has continued to play a leading role for Barcelona over the course of the season to date, racking up 11 starts to date.
In the knowledge of the 23-year-old’s worrisome past when it comes to injuries, though, Hansi Flick has made sure not to leave Pedri on the field of play for the full 90 minutes too often.
In fact, the former Las Palmas talent has seen out the entirety of just one of Barca’s fixtures in 2026/27. This means that he has been hooked from proceedings on 10 occasions.
As per a report from Mundo Deportivo, this is more than any other member of the Blaugrana’s first-team ranks, ahead of Raphinha and Anthony Gordon, with eight substitutions each.
