Ruben Amorim on Milan’s form: “We can win every match”
Serie A side Milan take on Juventus in a vital game for both sides today. Ruben Amorim has now opened up about his thoughts about his tie, as both sides remain keen on staying unbeaten in the campaign.
Milan have managed to beat both Torino and Venezia, while Juve have picked up wins over Parma and Frosinone.
Amorim was asked about the campaign so far and he also addressed how far they possibly are from the likes of Inter and Roma.
He told DAZN – via Di Marzio: “It’s hard to say. Milan must fight in every game, but we can win every match. The others are playing consistently, but we still have a lot of work to do. We still have to figure out Milan’s form.”
Emphasising on the team’s identity ahead of the Juve tie, he said: “We want to play the same way, but a great team knows that you can play both with and without the ball. We’ll try to play and be the same Milan.”
Amorim also spoke about Diego Moreira, who is starting the game in Turin and it comes as his first start for the Rossoneri.
“I know it’s his first match, but he trained well. And usually, when you train well, you play well.”
At the time of writing, both teams are deadblocked at 0-0 at half-time in what has been a game short of too much action.
