Liam Rosenior pushing Chelsea to sign Valentin Barco

Barco can operate as a midfielder, winger, or left-back. He could prove to be an excellent acquisition for Chelsea if they manage to get the deal done. The youngster has played under Rosenior, and he should be able to adapt to his system at Chelsea quickly.
The 21-year-old has the physicality and technical attributes for English football, and he could be a star for Chelsea in future. Additionally, the player may feel he has unfinished business in the Premier League after failing to become a regular for Brighton & Hove Albion.
