According to an update by reputed English journalist David Ornstein, Tyrique George is on the verge of joining Everton. The Toffees have struck an agreement with Chelsea over a loan deal with a purchase option, with the 19-year-old winger set to undergo his medical tests.

Meanwhile, reputed Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Everton will cover the Englishman’s “full salary” while scheduling the medical tests for Monday to complete his move to the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

How has Tyrique George fared in his career so far?

Tyrique George is the latest promising prospect to fall victim to Chelsea’s infamous hoarding policy. A graduate of the fabled youth division at the West London club, the 19-year-old enjoyed his breakthrough at the West London club at the onset of the 2024/25 season, and he was impressive under Enzo Maresca.
