Pisa intensify attempts to beat Nottingham Forest for Lorenzo Lucca

Pisa are intensifying their efforts to secure a sensational return for Napoli striker Lorenzo Lucca, matching the financial terms offered by Nottingham Forest in a bid to hijack the deal.

According to Alfredo Pedullà (relayed by Il Mio Napoli), the Tuscan club has submitted a formal loan offer worth €2 million to Napoli. While this matches the initial €2 million loan fee proposed by Forest, Pisa’s offer does not include an option to buy, whereas the Premier League side’s approach features a purchase clause that has already seen Napoli reach a broad agreement with the English club.

Despite the existing understanding between Napoli and Forest, Lucca has yet to give the definitive green light for a move to the Premier League. Pisa are now actively working to convince the forward to reject the adventure at Tricky Trees in favor of a return to his former club, where he previously flourished.
