Inter still keeping tabs on PSV star Ivan Perisic

Inter are still considering a romantic return for Ivan Perisic, as the club continues the search for a temporary solution to bolster their wide options this January.

According to FCInterNews, the Croatian veteran remains a concrete idea despite denials emerging from the Netherlands, where PSV Eindhoven are currently reluctant to sanction a departure. However, the situation is described as one that could evolve rapidly in 48 to 72 hours if Inter decide to intensify their pursuit.

For now, the Nerazzurri leadership is keeping a close watch on the 36-year-old’s status. The plan would be to bring Perisic back to San Siro as a reliable rotation option for Luis Henrique, providing Cristian Chivu with a high-level emergency solution until the end of the season.

While Dan Ndoye remains the preferred long-term target, Nottingham Forest’s refusal to sell the Swiss international mid-season has forced Inter to look at alternatives. Perisic’s familiarity with the club and his physical condition make him a tempting low-cost opportunity.
