The Citizens are keen on reinforcing their offensive unit by signing a promising wide attacker this year. So, the 19-year-old Velez Sarsfield attacking sensation has emerged as a target for them.

Recent reports have also linked the South American attacking sensation with other well-known clubs, including Feyenoord.
