Official | Gary O’Neil replaces Liam Rosenior as Strasbourg head coach
RC Strasbourg Alsace have announced the appointment of Gary O’Neil as head coach. The former Wolves manager met BlueCo’s ownership group during the weekend.

O’Neil was a free agent after being dismissed by Wolves midway through the 2024-2025 Premier League season. The 42-year-old head coach will lead his first training session on Thursday. He will make his Strasbourg debut on Saturday as Strasbourg face Avranches away in the Coupe de France RO32.
“I am proud to join this incredible club and I can’t wait to get started“, O’Neil said. “We have a high-quality group of players and clear, ambitious goals for the season. My priority is to work hard with the team and give everything for the club’s success.”
