Aymeric Laporte will miss Athletic Club’s UEFA Champions League encounter against Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday night through injury. 

Laporte is one of two players who will miss this game through injury for the La Liga side, the other being Aitor Paredes. Nico Williams will start on the left wing for Athletic Club, with Oihan Sancet starting in the No.10 role. Gorka Guruzeta is expected to lead the line against PSG, with Inaki Williams expected to start this UCL game from the bench. 

Athletic Club host PSG on Wednesday night, needing a win in order to bolster their qualification hopes. They currently sit 28th in the table with just four points, two points shy of 24th-place side Pafos, who occupy the final qualification spot.
