Chelsea and Arsenal interested in PSG target Ayyoub Bouaddi

According to a report from RMC Sport journalist Fabrice Hawkins, multiple Premier League clubs are interested in Lille OSC’s Ayyoub Bouaddi (18).

The teenager made a name for himself on the European stage when, on his 17th birthday, he helped Lille register a historic 1-0 victory over Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League. Since then, his stock has only risen, becoming a key part of Lille’s midfield.

Hawkins writes that Chelsea are one of the clubs interested in trying to prize Bouaddi away from Lille, while Arsenal are pushing hard. Lille, on the other hand, want to extend his contract from beyond the end date in 2027, so they can sell him for more than €50m in the summer.

Sacha Tavolieri earlier reported that Lille’s valuation could be closer to €100m, with club president Olivier Létang wanting to do no favours for the club’s crown jewel. Paris Saint-Germain had been linked to the midfield by ESPN, who wrote that the teenager was nearing a move to PSG, although Tavolieri writes that Bouaddi’s camp strongly denies any ongoing discussions with the capital club.
