Serie A club Bologna are reportedly interested in signing 27-year-old Croatian international Borna Sosa from Crystal Palace.

Fiorentina are also keen on Borna Sosa, and it will be interesting to see where he ends up. According to an update by Turkish journalist Ekrem Konur, the Croat could be on his way out of the club in the coming months.

Sosa has struggled for regular opportunities at the South London club, and he needs to move on in order to play more often. So, it is hardly surprising that Serie A clubs like Bologna and Fiorentina are keen on signing Sosa.

The 27-year-old is a quality player and he has shown that at clubs like Ajax and Torino in the past. He will look to get back to his best once again. Sitting on the bench at Crystal Palace will not benefit him. Tyrick Mitchell is ahead of him in the pecking order, and the 27-year-old Croatian international should look to move on.

It remains to be seen whether he is prepared to return to Italy. Sosa knows the league well, and he might be able to settle quickly and make an instant impact. It will be interesting to see if Crystal Palace are prepared to let the player move on in January.
