Premier League giants Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City are all keen on signing Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior.
The Brazilian international is once again the talk of the town, not because of his performances on the pitch, but because of his behaviour. After being subbed off in the 72nd minute in the Clasico against Barcelona by Xabi Alonso, Vinicius Junior reacted in a very unprofessional manner.
Not only was he visibly angry, but the Brazilian winger also rushed straight down the tunnel. His reaction has once again sparked rumours about his future at the club. According to a report from Fichajes, Chelsea, Manchester United, and Manchester City are all keen on signing him.
The Premier League giants are looking to make the most out of the situation. Prior to the arrival of Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius was the undisputed star at Real Madrid. However, the arrival of the French international has changed things up.
More importantly, new manager Xabi Alonso hasn’t been afraid of subbing off Vinicius every now and then. He has even benched him on occasions. The Brazilian isn’t really pleased with his situation, and given the kind of form he was in, he certainly didn’t like getting replaced in one of the most important games of the season.
Premier League giants want Vinicius
With his contract running out in 2027 and a renewal nowhere in sight, clubs are gearing up to try and prise him away next summer. City, United and Chelsea are all keen on signing the 25-year-old, who is widely regarded as one of the best forwards in the world.
At United and Chelsea, he could become the face of their project, the leader of their attack. Meanwhile, he could significantly bolster an already star-studded squad like City. His partnership with Haaland could ensure their dominance in European football.
All three clubs continue to monitor his situation and could pounce on any opportunity to sign the Brazilian international. Real Madrid are yet to receive any offers, but they are certainly worried about his future, as he is not very keen on penning a new deal just yet.
It will be interesting to see what decision the Spanish giants make regarding his future. If they decide to keep him at the club, they will have to push harder for a renewal. But letting him leave will help them raise significant funds, which could be used to reshape Alonso’s team.
