Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal are scouting Tottenham and Barcelona attacking target Rayan Vitor Simplicio Rocha ahead of a potential transfer.

According to a report from NTVASCAÍNOS, Arsenal are interested in securing the services of Brazilian youth international Rayan Vitor Simplicio Rocha. The North London club had sent scouts to watch the teenager in action against Fluminense.

Rayan has come up the ranks at Vasco da Gama, and he has been a part of their first team since the summer of 2023. The 19-year-old has already featured in 87 matches for their senior side and has even contributed towards 21 goals.

The youngster’s impressive rise has not gone unnoticed, as multiple top clubs from Europe are now keen on his signature. While his contract runs until the end of 2026, the teenager could be on the move in the next transfer window if he continues to perform in a similar fashion.

Barcelona and Tottenham are two clubs that have already been linked with Rayan Vitor Simplicio Rocha. Scouts from both clubs were present in the stands to watch the right-winger in action against Cruzeiro towards the end of September.

The Brazilian youth international did put up a show for them, and he even bagged a goal as Vasco da Gama won 2-0 on the night. Scouts from both clubs were quite impressed with his performance, and they could make a move for him in the near future.
