PREDICTED LINE-UPS | Milan v Fiorentina

High-flying outfits Milan are set for a contest against relegation-threatened Fiorentina tonight at San Siro.

Milan had the chance to win six consecutive matches, but the chance went begging when they were held to a goalless draw by Juventus in their previous outing. Massimiliano Allegri has led the Rossoneri revival since the start of the new campaign, and they could secure top spot if they manage to beat Fiorentina. Milan have kept six clean sheets this season across all competitions, and a strong defence is always necessary for a side aiming to gun for the Serie A title. While Allegri has said nothing concrete on the Scudetto charge but things are well set for Milan to go for it.

Meanwhile, Fiorentina are heading for a potential relegation dogfight as they currently sit 18th in the league standings with just three points from their last six Serie A matches. All of their points have come in draws this season as they are yet to earn a victory. The Viola’s attack has failed to capitalise on opportunities this campaign, and now Moise Kean faces a race against time to be deemed fit to start the match.

Here are the predicted line-ups for the match:

Milan (3-5-2): Maignan; Tomori, Gabbia, Pavlovic; Saelemaekers, Fofana, Modric, Ricci, Bartesaghi; Leao, Gimenez.

Fiorentina (3-4-2-1): De Gea; Pongracic, Mari, Ranieri; Dodo, Mandragora, Nicolussi Caviglia, Gosens; Fazzini, Gudmundsson; Kean.
