Newcastle United one of two Premier League sides ready to submit loan offer for Real Madrid man

The future of Real Madrid forward Endrick Felipe remains one of the primary sources of speculation at Valdebebas, with uncertainty over the Brazilian’s role under Xabi Alonso. He is one of three players yet to feature under Alonso, and while that has been primarily down to injury, Endrick has not featured in any of the five games he has been fit for.

The feeling ahead of this season was that Endrick could receive more opportunities under Alonso than Carlo Ancelotti, but the emergence of Gonzalo Garcia at the Club World Cup has bumped Endrick down the pecking order. It seems likely that one will have to leave on loan this January in order for both to have the game time they want.

Two Premier League sides have loan offers prepared

As explained by The Daily Briefing, West Ham United and Newcastle United are both ready to submit loan offers for Endrick in January. West Ham made an offer for Endrick last January, but it was turned down. However the uncertainty over their direction and position in the table make them a tougher sell to Endrick and Real Madrid.

The 19-year-old forward would be willing to move to St. James’ Park though, with Champions League football and a long-term commitment to young players evident at Newcastle.

An array of clubs interested in Endrick

If he does open the door to a loan exit, then an array of sides will likely offer him a landing spot. Brighton and Aston Villa are monitoring his situation closely, while Manchester United, Juventus, Real Sociedad and Valencia are all credited with interest in him too. Earlier this week, it was reported that Olympique Marseille also want him, and La Vecchia Signora made a move for Endrick in the summer. Last season Endrick managed seven goals and an assist in just 847 minutes.
