Vinicius Junior accused of ‘breaching the peace’ in Brazil by neighbours
Vinicius Junior could be facing a legal penalty after being accused of ‘disturbances’, or breaching the peace, back in his native Brazil. The 25-year-old was warned by the police on the night of the events.
Back in the summer in July, after Real Madrid’s exit from the Club World Cup, Vinicius returned to Brazil as his custom to spend some time off there. During that period, Vinicius hosted a lavish party to celebrate turning 25, and it may have landed him in trouble.
Vinicius accused of breaching the piece
According to Globo, via Marca, Vinicius has been accused of breaching the peace byone of his neighbours. On the evening on the event, the military police were called to the scene in Rio de Janeiro, and asked Vinicius to lower the volume of the event. However after the police departed, the volume of both the music and the shouting from the event, which took place between the 19th of July and the early hours of the 21st, was again ‘extremely high.’

Were Vinicius to be found in the wrong, then he could face a punishment of between 15 days and three months in prison, although a fine is much more likely.
Details of Vinicius’ birthday party
The Madrid-based paper go on to say that Vinicius hosted around 500 people, and brought in fairground attractions for the event. Music star Travis Scott also performed, and there were fireworks, perhaps accounting for some of the noise. Brazilian singer Anitta, whom Vinicius is friends with, and Real Madrid teammate Eduardo Camavinga, were also in attendance. Days earlier, both were seen enjoying themselves at Eder Militao’s wedding.
Vinicius’ public apology
This is the second time Vinicius’ personal life has made headlines in Brazil, after the Real Madrid man took to social media to issue an apology to Virgina Fonseca for ‘carelessness’ on his part when posing with the model.
