Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham scouting Tylel Tati

Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham are tracking Nantes teenager Tylel Tati with a view to a future approach.

According to Caught Offside, Tylel Tati is a name being tracked by several Premier League sides ahead of future transfer windows. The teenage defender has been garnering rave reviews for some of his mature performances for Nantes at such a tender age, as he’s already primed to be one of the next best defensive talents out of France.

France has been garnering a reputation for producing some of the best young defensive talents in recent years. Some notable defenders are plying their trade across Europe’s top five leagues and at big clubs that have come out of France and Ligue 1.

The latest name to emerge from Ligue 1 is Tylel Tati, the 17-year-old Ligue 1 defender from Nantes. The teenager has been playing regularly this season and putting in some mature performances that have attracted big-name clubs towards his signature.

Arsenal, who are constantly looking to keep improving their defence, are considered one of the suitors. They did sign Piero Hincapie, who has a similar profile to Tati’s, which tends to show Mikel Arteta wants to keep evolving in the market and keep track of some of the top young prospects from around.

Manchester United are also interested in the prospect despite boasting some of the best young defensive talents at the club at the current moment. The same could be said about Tottenham, who have talents like Luka Vuskovic and are eager to keep adding to the ranks.

Tylel Tati to decide his future with Nantes

Liverpool are the fourth Premier League team in the mix, with the Reds looking at the market for young defensive talents. The Merseysiders and Manchester United were recently linked with Ukrainian defensive talent Taras Mykhavko, who is of a similar ilk to Tati, as these are signs that these clubs are actively looking to bring new defenders.

However, the future of the 17-year-old Ligue 1 defender will be decided not based on which clubs are in the mix, but on where he can develop better. With his Nantes contract not expiring until 2028, the current minutes in the first team are seen as ideal, as without them, he may not make an immediate decision to depart the French side.
