Official | Jürgen Klopp names 24-man Germany squad for November 2026 international break
Germany head coach Jürgen Klopp has officially named his 24-man squad for the upcoming UEFA Nations League fixtures against Serbia and the Netherlands. The Bundestrainer has significantly reduced his selection following the extraordinary 44-player squad assembled during the previous international window.
The 59-year-old has included Borussia Mönchengladbach youngster Wael Mohya, who receives his first senior national-team call-up, and Werder Bremen striker Niclas Füllkrug, who returns to the Germany setup for the first time since September 2025. The 33-year-old has scored nine Bundesliga goals in eight appearances this season, while Mohya has impressed with four goals in 23 Bundesliga appearances ahead of his 18th birthday in December.
Klopp has also retained five players who made their senior international debuts during his first international window. Bayern Munich goalkeeper Jonas Urbig, Köln attacker Said El Mala, Freiburg duo Philipp Treu and Derry Scherhant, and Eintracht Frankfurt striker Younes Ebnoutalib have all earned further opportunities. VfB Stuttgart defender Finn Jeltsch and RB Leipzig attacker Brajan Gruda remain in the squad despite having yet to make their senior debuts.
RB Leipzig captain David Raum, Nick Woltemade, and Karim Adeyemi are among the more notable omissions, while Bayern Munich pair Serge Gnabry and Jamal Musiala remain unavailable through injury. Germany face Serbia away on November 13 before hosting the Netherlands in Berlin on November 16, with Klopp’s side currently third in their Nations League group.
