Two members of the summer recruitment drive at La Liga giants Real Madrid hit notable milestones in their Blancos careers on Wednesday night.

This came owing to their respective endeavours during the club’s latest outing.

Real Madrid are of course currently locked in action on the continent, having made the trip to Greece for a Champions League meeting with AEK Athens.

After twice falling behind, the visitors have battled back to level things up on both occasions, courtesy of goals from Jude Bellingham and Kylian Mbappé.

The former’s, a sumptuous back-heeled finish, came courtesy of a cross on the part of Marc Cucurella. This marked the Spanish international’s first assist since joining Real Madrid.

Mbappé’s strike, meanwhile, was teed up by Real’s other full-back, Denzel Dumfries, whose pinpoint delivery across the face of goal also gave rise to his first assist in the famed colours of Los Blancos.
