La Liga giants Barcelona are actively working on the terms of a new contract for an up-and-coming member of the club’s attacking ranks.

The Blaugrana starlet in question? Sama Nomoko.

Nomoko is for his part widely considered to be one of the standout young talents on the books of La Masia at present. An 18-year-old winger with bags of pace and quick feet to match, he has long been tipped for a future at the very top level of the game.

Nomoko was dealt a considerable setback late last year, after being condemned to a long-term spell on the sidelines with a serious knee injury.

But as alluded to above, as much has evidently not dented the faith of those in a position of power at the Spotify Camp Nou when it comes to the future of the Spanish youth international at Barcelona.

As per a report from Mundo Deportivo:

‘Barça are working on renewing Sama Nomoko’s contract. With a contract until June 30, 2027, the Catalan club wants to secure the continuity of the 18-year-old winger, who is currently recovering from a serious injury.’
