Mohamed Kader Meité is set to start over Breel Embolo in the Stade Rennais attack, as they look to build on last week’s excellent result against RC Strasbourg Alsace. 

Habib Beye, who has bought himself some time thanks to that win over Strasbourg, is likely to once again start with two strikers. Esteban Lepaul, who netted a hat-trick in last weekend’s emphatic 4-1 win, will start, but he is likely to be joined by academy product Meité, rather than former AS Monaco forward Embolo.

Rennes are not contending with any major injury concerns currently. Djaoui Cissé is expected to start over the more experienced Seko Fofana, but the latter has at least returned to the squad, following a brief absence, and the same goes for Ludovic Blas.
