Paolo Vanoli set to start as Fiorentina manager tomorrow
The managerial saga at Florence is over. Paolo Vanoli is officially set to begin his adventure as the new Fiorentina head coach, with the club expecting him to arrive in the city tomorrow.
According to TuttoMercatoWeb, all doubts have been eliminated: Vanoli is expected to be at Viola Park—Fiorentina’s training center—in the early hours of tomorrow morning.
Vanoli’s arrival: Signing and Training Kick-Off
Vanoli’s arrival follows the formal resolution of his contract with Torino, which will take place via telematic means tomorrow morning. Once that is finalized, the Varese-born coach will immediately proceed to Viola Park to sign his new agreement.
The contract details, which are substantially agreed upon, reportedly run until the end of the season (June 30, 2026) with an option for an additional year. Vanoli will bring a staff of 5-6 trusted collaborators with him to help relaunch the Tuscan club’s season.
Barring any last-minute surprises, Vanoli is expected to be registered and ready to lead the team from the bench for the upcoming league match against Genoa on Sunday.
