Newcastle United not interested in sacking Eddie Howe

Newcastle United have had a mixed start to the season but they are prepared to be patient with Eddie Howe.

The English manager has done an impressive job since taking over at Newcastle and he helped them secure Champions League qualification for this season. He guided them to a cup win last season as well.

He has done well to groom young players and put together a formidable squad. There is no doubt that he is a quality manager and it makes sense for Newcastle to be patient with him, as per Football Insider.

Newcastle have a talented team at their disposal and they should be fighting for Champions League qualification every season. They will look to do well in the domestic cup competitions as well. Even though they have started poorly, there is a lot of room for improvement. There is no reason why they cannot get the season back on track.

They have quality players at their disposal and Eddie Howe has proven himself in the Premier League over a significant period of time.

It remains to be seen whether he can bring out the best in his players once again.

Newcastle need stability

Newcastle are looking to build a formidable project where they will be able to fight for major trophies regularly. Changing and chopping will not be the right way forward and they will need stability. Keeping the manager at the club for now would be a wise decision. He has shown his pedigree in the Premier League and he certainly deserves more opportunities.

It will be interesting to see if Newcastle can back him with quality additions during the January window. They need more depth in the side if they want to compete with the top teams.

Newcastle have quality players but need that extra bit of quality in order to do well. It remains to be seen whether they can add more depth to the attacking unit and the defensive unit during the January transfer window. A couple of intelligent additions in January could really transform them and help them finish high up the table.
