Official | Hans Hateboer joins Lyon on loan from Rennes
Olympique Lyonnais have announced the arrival of Dutch international Hans Hateboer (31), who joins the club on loan from Stade Rennais until the end of the season as a joker signing.
Fourth in Ligue 1 after seven rounds, Lyon have impressed defensively this season, conceding just five goals. However, with the Africa Cup of Nations approaching, Paulo Fonseca is set to lose both Moussa Niakhaté and Clinton Mata — prompting the club to seek experienced cover.
