According to a report by Football Insider, Elliot Anderson is the subject of interest of Manchester United. The Red Devils are keen on reinforcing their first-team squad by signing a dynamic midfielder next year. So, the 22-year-old Nottingham Forest mainstay has emerged as a target for them.

However, recent reports have claimed that Nottingham Forest will not entertain any bids to part ways with the Englishman in the summer transfer window. The latest update has dealt another blow to Manchester United, as Anderson is happy and content at the City Ground and “has no plans to leave” the Premier League club.

The 22-year-old spent his formative years in his homeland and graduated from the youth division at Newcastle United.

Manchester United’s interest in Elliot Anderson makes sense.
