La Liga giants Real Madrid have on Monday unveiled the club’s first squad of the 2025/26 campaign.

And it features a whole host of noteworthy inclusions.

Real Madrid are of course set to kick the club’s new La Liga season into gear on Tuesday evening.

Afforded a late start following their endeavours at the summer’s Club World Cup, Los Blancos have been pencilled in for a meeting with Osasuna, at the Santiago Bernabéu.

The fixture marks new head coach Xabi Alonso’s first at the ground he will call home for the seasons ahead, with a three-point haul therefore no doubt firmly in the sights of Real’s players.

And as alluded to above, on Monday, the squad of stars called upon to get the club’s campaign up-and-running in positive fashion has been unveiled.

All of Los Merengues’ summer signings – Trent Alexander-Arnold, Dean Huijsen, Álvaro Carreras and Franco Mastantuono – are included.

And so too is breakout midfield talent Thiago Pitarch, who has been making waves at Valdebebas over the last week.
