The Villans are keen on reinforcing their offensive unit by signing a versatile attacker in the summer transfer window. So, the 29-year-old Paris Saint-Germain outcast has emerged as a target for the West Midlands outfit.

The Villans have already initiated the move to re-sign the Spaniard in the summer transfer window, exploring the possibility of securing his services. Aston Villa will be open to securing Asensio’s services on a permanent deal or a loan arrangement in the coming days.

Marco Asensio has reached another crossroads in his career, only two years after completing a Bosman move to Paris Saint-Germain.
