The Bundesliga champions are eager to bolster their offensive unit by signing a wide attacker in the summer transfer window after parting ways with Leroy Sane as a free agent. So, the 28-year-old Liverpool winger has emerged as a target for the Bavarian outfit.

The German giants are ready to approach Liverpool with an improved bid worth €80 million after their previous offer of €67.5 million failed. The Premier League champions want around €100 million to reluctantly part ways with Diaz in the summer transfer window. Meanwhile, the South American attacker has “made it clear to Liverpool he wants the chance to join Bayern”.
