Official | Krasnodar sign Auxerre’s Gaëtan Perrin
Russia’s FC Krasnodar have signed AJ Auxerre midfielder Gaëtan Perrin (29), both clubs have announced. The Ligue 1 side has agreed to a €5m transfer fee from Krasnodar. Perrin has signed a three-year deal with the Russian outfit. Perrin was expected to leave Auxerre as he would have entered his final contract year on the back of a remarkable campaign.

Perrin was instrumental in Auxerre’s success last season as the club finished in 11th upon their return to Ligue 1. In the 2024-25 campaign, Perrin recorded 10 goals and 11 assists. Only Lyon’s Rayan Cherki logged as many assists last season in Ligue 1. Perrin was not short of suitors during this transfer window as Ligue 1 rivals RC Lens and Paris FC previously held an interest.
