Manchester United and Inter Milan are reportedly closely monitoring the progress of 25-year-old Brazilian midfielder Gabriel Sara at Turkish club Galatasaray.

According to a report by Turkish outlet Fotomac, Gabriel Sara is the subject of interest from Manchester United. The Red Devils are keen on reinforcing their midfield unit by signing a versatile midfielder in the summer transfer window. So, the 25-year-old Galatasaray midfielder has emerged as a target for the struggling Premier League giants, and they are keeping tabs on his progress.

Gabriel Sara has established himself as one of the most dependable midfielders in the Turkish Super Lig since joining Galatasaray from Norwich City in a deal worth €18 million last summer. A native of Joinville, the South American midfielder spent his formative years in his homeland and graduated from the youth division at Sao Paulo FC.

However, the 25-year-old rose in prominence during his spell with Norwich City before earning a move to Turkiye last summer. Sara enjoyed a productive 2024/25 campaign, contributing to 12 goals in 12 goals in 45 appearances across all competitions by finding the back of the net two times and providing ten assists.

Meanwhile, the Brazilian midfielder’s progress has not gone unnoticed, capturing the attention of several well-known clubs across Europe. The report has suggested that the Galatasaray mainstay is a target for Inter Milan. However, Premier League bigwigs, in particular, are keen on signing Sara, with Manchester United among the prospective suitors vying for his signature this summer.
