Diego Simeone is reportedly pushing his club Atletico Madrid to get a deal done for Manchester United outcast Alejandro Garnacho.

According to Fichajes, Atletico Madrid are the latest team to seriously consider a move for Alejandro Garnacho. Manager Diego Simeone seems to be intent on bringing the Argentine back to the Madrid-based club as he looks to keep building his attacking setup.

Manchester United are intent on improving their attacking setup through new signings and have already brought in Matheus Cunha. The Brazilian’s arrival could potentially mean the end of the road for Marcus Rashford or Alejandro Garnacho as the former Wolves man tends to play in a similar position to the duo.

Manchester United are keen to sell both, especially Garnacho as Ruben Amorim has no interest in using the Argentine winger in his plans. There are many clubs keen on the 20-year-old Manchester United whizkid, including Bayer Leverkusen and Napoli, with the latter being interested back in January.

With Alejandro Garnacho no longer in the plans of the club, Manchester United could be forced to sell at a discount, as there are a host of teams waiting to find out their final price.
